We can hardly believe it has been six months since we opened our doors.

In that time, the SISU Circle has grown into something truly special. A community built on consistency, strength, confidence and showing up for yourself.

So far, we have welcomed:

• Emotional support during footwork
• Puppy cuddles for post-class serotonin boosts
• Demonstrating the most authentic downward dog in the studio
• Occasional toe nipping during reformer sessions (especially if your turnout is questionable)
• Mandatory cuddles upon entry, strictly enforced before you’re allowed near a reformer

Her qualifications may be limited, but her commitment to wellbeing is elite 🖤 Expect bum wiggles at reception, surprise cuddle therapy, and absolutely no boundaries when it comes to personal space.

And honestly… sometimes it’s nice to fully embrace the cheese 🤣 because messages like this genuinely mean the world to us.

When we started SISU, we dreamed of creating more than just a studio. Yes, we wanted incredible classes and a beautiful space, but more than anything, we wanted people to feel connected, supported and genuinely happy to be here.

Reading messages like this reminds us why we do what we do.

To hear that someone has found joy, confidence, friendship and a sense of community through SISU honestly means everything to us. Because ‘more than movement, a mindset’ has always been about so much more than exercise. It’s about how you feel when you walk through the doors, the conversations before and after class, the energy in the room, the encouragement from the person next to you, and knowing you’re part of something bigger.

One of the most special things to come out of SISU has been the people. The kindness, support and community that’s grown inside these walls is something we’ll never take for granted.

Building a business comes with its ups and downs, so moments like this genuinely make it all worth it. We feel incredibly lucky and honoured to be surrounded by such amazing humans, and we’re so grateful to every single person who’s been part of the journey so far.
