Do you offer Lagree?

No. At SISU, we only offer Reformer Pilates. Lagree is not a form of Pilates and offers a different style of exercise.

What is the difference between Lagree and Reformer Pilates?

Reformer Pilates is carried out on a Pilates Reformer and is rooted in the Pilates method, focusing on alignment, breath, technique, core strength, mobility, and balanced full body conditioning. It can be adapted for a wide range of experience levels and is designed to help you move better as well as feel stronger.

Lagree is carried out on a Megareformer and is a high intensity muscular endurance workout performed on a different style of machine. It typically places more emphasis on continuous muscle fatigue, intensity, and longer periods under tension.

It’s important to note that both a Pilates Reformer and Megareformer are very different and serve a different purpose.
