Standard membership T&C’s (founding memberships differ but will be sent with it)

Membership Term

All memberships run on a rolling 4-week basis.

A minimum commitment of 12 weeks applies from your start date.

Renewal & Payments

Membership fees are collected in advance every 4 weeks by direct debit or card payment.

Memberships automatically renew unless cancelled in line with these Terms.

Cancellations

Memberships can only be cancelled after the initial 12-week minimum term.

A minimum of 14 days’ written notice is required to cancel before your next payment date.

Freezes

Membership freezes may be requested for medical or exceptional circumstances only and are granted at SISU’s discretion.

Amendments

SISU reserves the right to amend membership pricing or terms with at least 30 days’ notice.
